We've completed more than 1,000 projects, covering over 1 million square feet of courts and gyms across residential backyards, schools, and commercial spaces throughout the region.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our installation crew, you'll:

• Prepare sites and install premium sports flooring and equipment.
• Safely operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and (some machinery isaplus).
• Maintain clean, professional job sites.
• Tackle diverse tasks in all weather conditions, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
• Contribute to team success with problem-solving and a willingness to learn.

What We're Looking For

• Preferred: Experience in construction, landscaping, or site preparation.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, perform repetitive movements, bend, and stay active throughout the day.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record.
• Dependable, self-motivated attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn the sports construction trade—no prior court-building experience required!
