Our Core Values
While not your typical "contractor," we understand that we are in a unique business.
And we chose this industry because of our belief in the value of sports and the life lessons and opportunities they provide. Teamwork, discipline, learning how to lose (and win,) and pushing oneself beyond current "limits" -- all these aspects of sports prepares us for a dynamic life and to be positive contributors to our culture.
That being said, we are NOT out here just peddling products and slinging concrete to make a buck. We believe what we build has a lasting impact on families and our community of Northeast Ohio.
A wise man once said, "In Northeast Ohio, nothing is given and everything is earned." We believe that. So we approach each project as if it were our own, and treat our customers as if they were our own neighbors.
We hope we get the chance to show you what that looks like.
People First
Yes, we sell and build cool projects...but what it comes down to is we are doing this work for kids. Most of our projects will be heavily used by younger people. We look for co-workers that understand the work we do will benefit kids and our cultural future.
Our projects are executed by small teams of people,working togehter to create the safest, most fun sports spaces possible.
That said, we look for poeple that care about other people and enjoy working with other like-minded people.
We Show Respect
We understand that our clients and partners hold their time, customers, property, families, and pets in high regard. We will as well.
We find it an honor to be working for our clients, on their property. And although we are the guests in this scenario, we will be the one's "rolling out the red carpet."
From children, to babysitters, to site supervisors, to other trades working in the same space, to the family dog - every one gets proper and courteous treatment.
Adapt and Overcome
Although, not Marines, we've adopted their mantra.
